Support

The TAV has a range of support services, but the telephone counselling service is considered to be the most critical service that enables many people each year to learn to successfully manage their tinnitus.  Access to counselling is particularly important to new sufferers if they have particular questions or concerns, or just need to talk to someone who understands if they are having a bad day. Our tinnitus counsellors have tinnitus themselves and know what a difficult time it can be.

Advice line counselling is available between the hours of 8.30am and 8.30pm 7 days a week on the numbers listed below.

This is a free service; but as our counsellors are volunteers working from their homes, we ask that you do not call during normal meal times.
